The article must be an original unpublished work written in English. It should not have been previously published or considered for publication in other conference materials or journal. The authors named in the document should have made sufficient contributions to the scientific work and, therefore, share collective responsibility for the results.

All manuscripts are double-blind, peer-reviewed. First, each submission is reviewed by the conference editors, who may reject it if it is not relevant to the conference topic and does not meet the conference requirements, or if it is of poor quality. In the second step of the review process, the manuscript is sent to an independent reviewer. Reviewers are asked to rate the article, and they can recommend: (1) accept the article in its current form, (2) accept the article with minor revisions, (3) accept the article with major corrections, (4) accept the article only after corrections and reconsideration, and (5) reject the article. Reviews include recommendations and comments, which are then sent to the author(s). Editors should not overrule publishing decisions unless serious issues are identified.

Editors and reviewers should evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnicity, citizenship, or political beliefs of the authors. Editors' decisions to accept or reject an article should be based solely on importance, originality, and clarity of the article, and on relevance of the research to the conference purpose.

Each document must be sent to email: welcome@nicstatus.com. The article is successfully submitted if the author receives a confirmation email.
